Become an Event Prize Sponsor

One of the best ways to showcase your business at the Sydney Hills Business Chamber events is by donating/sponsoring a prize to our Door Prize Draw.

The Door Prize draw is a fun and important part of each of our event programs and it’s a great way to get introduced to our event attendees at our Business Connection events.

We have 2-3 opportunities for prize draw sponsors at each Event, but you need to get in quick as these opportunities to promote your business are popular and limited.

The benefits of sponsoring the event prize draw include:

  • Introduction of your business or service to all attendees as part of the event announcements.
  • Opportunity to gain further exposure through your membership by displaying your banner at the event (as supplied by the sponsor).
  • Your Logo will be displayed on the event slides as the event prize draw sponsor reinforcing your brand awareness to members and guests.
  • Your representative will be called up to present the prize to the winner, including being photographed, and the photo will be shared on our events gallery (on the SHBC website), so that you can also share this image on your own social accounts after the event.

How to Apply:

The Prize Draw Sponsor opportunity at our events creates real impact for your presence as a active member and it’s a great way to promote your business. To apply to donate/sponsor a prize for an upcoming event, please send us the following details via email to [email protected] :

  • Your full name, Company name and a 50 word max blurb about your company
  • Prize giveaway details (Contact our team today if you’d like us to make some suggestions. We have some great members that provide some amazing products and services) – Note that vouchers for professional services cannot be offered as a prize. The prize should be physical tangible product and able to be used by all guests. Therefore we recommend that you select to either supply a physical product of your choice, or we can invoice you for the prize and purchase a prize on your behalf from a local retailer/member business who sells products or services that are appropriate.
  • Minimum prize giveaway/sponsorship amount can be no less than $100 (+GST).
