About Fiona Kane
Fiona Kane is an experienced and award winning Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Holistic Mind and Body Coach and Wellness Speaker with 16 years’ experience. Fiona does one-on-one nutrition and coaching consultations with individuals via Telehealth video and in person at her clinic in the Hawkesbury. Fiona also runs online group health programs and gym health challenges.
As a speaker on health and nutrition, Fiona does workplace wellbeing talks, podcasting and regularly appears in the media on 2GB, 2CC, Ticker TV, ABC Radio and Triple M. You may also know her as one of the hosts of this podcast, Business Minds.
After several years of serious health problems where she was diagnosed with two auto immune diseases and had small strokes that resulted in brain damage including partial blindness (this all just when she was in her 20’s).
