About Alex Hezari

Alex launched his career in the commercial property sector in 2005 after having completed a degree in Commerce, specializing in Property economics. 

Over the years, he has worked side by side with commercial property owners to assist them to maximize the return on their investment, reduce investment stress and mitigate risks associated with commercial property ownership. He is passionate about assisting dedicated investors achieve financial freedom through property ownership. 

He has been the managing partner at Taylor Nicholas, Hills District office since 2010. A business that provides complete real estate services across sales, leasing, property management and project marketing on behalf of mum and dad investors, developers, institutional clients and not for profit organizations. 

Alex’s expertise spans across all types of commercial, industrial and retail properties including specialized premises and is highly regarded in the industry as a result driven and ethical negotiator. 

He is a qualified property valuer, a licensed strata manager, and a licensed real estate. Alex was voted as the number one leasing agent across NSW and ACT by REA Group out of all commercial agents currently practicing in the state.  

Alex is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of agents coming through in the ever-evolving real estate industry. A firm believer that technology is here to serve us, and his industry is still very much about serving people.
