Sue first joined the Hills Chamber around 2008 and has participated and lead in MyBoard and Workshops Groups during her involvement with the chamber. Sue
is excited to be curating the SHBC Education Portfolio for 2018, offering sessions from several Chamber partners as well as delivering some herself.
Sue has worked with hundreds of business leaders to clarify and deliver on their mission and build a thriving and productive culture. She founded Iris
Group Pty Ltd in 2002 after a 20-year corporate career in senior sales and channel development roles to Executive level, through which she leverages
her business experience to enhance learning around team dynamics, contracts, culture, KPIs, politics and strategy.
Sue enjoys facilitation, training and hosting group events as well as working privately and is an inspiring speaker. Her work is systemic, holistic, evidence-based,
deeply personal and transformative.
Sue believes in life long learning, gaining a Masters Degree in Applied Science (Coaching Psychology) in 2005 and is a leading practitioner in the Hogan
Personality Inventories, Employee Opinion Surveys, 360 degree feedback tools and several specialized coaching modalities. She is currently writing
her first book, to be published in 2018.
