Nigel provides human resource solutions to businesses, from compliance, systems, policies and procedures, through to recruitment, performance management and termination. He is also a Director of A Piece of Cake Events, which provides a range of event management, entertainment and talent for special events.
Nigel commenced his career as a Civil Engineer assisting in the growth of a small engineering consultancy into becoming part of publicly listed large international engineering firm. He has both a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree and Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Nigel is passionate about maximising the performance and productivity of operations and employees within a business, through proactive, effective and relevant leadership. He is able to draw upon his experiences as an HR Professional, Engineer, employee, Manager and Business owner, utilising his contacts, skills and knowledge to fully and truly understand the human resources issues that a business can face and the needs of employees to have an effective and efficient business.
