Malcolm is the Managing Partner of Sydney based firm, Dooley & Associates Solicitors, having first joined the firm at the start of 2001. His specialties include workplace law, business & commercial law and estate planning. Through acting for a range of types and sizes of businesses, associations and organisations for over 15 years (as well as operating his own business), Malcolm has developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges currently faced by businesses.
Malcolm takes a very 'hands on' approach with his clients, ensuring that they receive practical, commercial and 'real world' guidance and solutions. His broad education across a number of fields, including economics, law and corporate governance provides a wealth of knowledge for the benefit of his clients. Malcolm is an engaging and entertaining speaker who regularly presents seminars and workshops to a wide range of audiences from not for profit organisations and charities through to top tier firms and peak body groups such as LawCover, the College of Law and Legalwise.
