Dyean is a chartered accountant, Hills business owner and mum to two boys. She has always had an interest in organisational improvement, empowerment
of others and looking for new and better ways of working. A member of the Chamber for over 10 years, Dyean joined the Board in April 2017,
contributing to the Administration portfolio.
Her 25year career in accounting started at Deloitte, providing tax and accounting services to SMEs. She later set up and ran a national connected accounting firm providing advisory services to SMEs. Most recently, Dyean consulted to PwC on their cloud accounting strategy to midmarket SMEs, focusing on automation and improvement in work processes..
As an early adopter of cloud technology, Dyean has been a panellist, speaker and blogger on the digital disruption of the accounting industry.
She currently consults to accountants and their clients on strategy and transformation using cloud technology. Her passion is making a difference for benefit and consequence, and assisting businesses to grow.
Dyean believes that empowerment of others leads to better conversations, better business and improved lifestyles. The Chamber, with its diverse membership and key service areas of connect, promote, develop and speak, is the forum for local business owners who are looking to expand and make a difference in the local area.
