About Wendy Minne
Prior to stepping into Small Business and coaching Wendy worked for a multinational corporate organisation that specialises in energy management and automation solutions. As an executive VP she had numerous roles in both business development and manufacturing operations in Australian, and international markets, utilising her strong understanding of change management to deliver powerful results. Wendy has always worked in engineering and associated industries (over 30 years); and served as a mentor for women in leadership roles.
During her corporate career she had the benefit of professional coaching and it was instrumental in her development and success.
