Lexus is coming…to the Chairman’s Lunch

Innovation and technology lovers and car fanatics won’t want to miss the 11 April Chamber Chairman’s lunch, sponsored by Mulpha, Lexus of Parramatta and Novotel Norwest. The 2018 yet-to-be-released and captivating Lexus LS will be on display at the venue for the duration of the event.

It’s luxury and style reimagined. With a courageous design and imaginative interior, Takumi Craftsmanship and technology are brought together to create an exhilarating, almost futuristic experience for drivers and passengers. And you’ll want the passenger experience – the LS Sports Luxury has massage seats.

The Chairman’s Lunch event theme is ‘innovation and technology’, so it’s only natural the Lexus LS should make an appearance. As a brand, Lexus goes further than embracing innovation and technology. Exploring and experimenting has always been part of the Lexus personality, with some delightfully different outcomes, like the Lexus Hoverboard, which pushed the limits of propulsion techniques and made use of modern materials, and the Heartbeat car with biometric paintwork.

In fact, the Lexus story began with a determination to innovate beyond average in 1983, when a group of engineers, designers and technicians was tasked with reimagining luxury vehicles. Setting a new standard of ambitious vehicles that outshine the world’s best remains the Lexus focus.

Future directions

As a manufacturer, the company invests heavily in research and development, and current areas of focus include artificial intelligence and robotics. In March 2018 it was announced that TRI--AD would be established, a new company that will produce software for self-driving cars and other mobility devices.

Clearly there’ll be no rest for the mobility industry in the next few years. Technology will march on and consumer perceptions and desire for luxury will move just as quickly. As a consumer, here’s your chance to see the latest in luxury vehicle design and enjoyment – come along to the Chairman’s Lunch and preview the All-New Lexus LS.

Bookings close on 8 April, but don’t delay because the annual Chairman’s Lunch often sells out before the closing date.
