The annual Hills Business Performance and Sentiment Index (PSI) survey opened on 1 March, and businesses of all sizes are encouraged to participate. If you’re a business owner or manager in the region, your contribution to the survey is important!
What is the PSI?
The PSI survey seeks information from business owners and managers. It gathers data on changes in revenue, expenses, staff numbers and more. It also collects data on expectations for the future and gauges sentiment on a range of issues.
The survey is commissioned by The Hills Shire Council and the Sydney Hills Business Chamber and is produced by McCrindle.
PSI surveys in the region commenced in 2015, and the ongoing annual results enable a comparison of performance and sentiment over time – how our businesses are performing, and how we’re feeling about business each year in the Hills District.
Why is this information important?
The survey results help Council and the SHBC understand the challenges and needs of businesses in the district. This information informs programs and initiatives designed to support businesses in the area and enhance the local economy.
Complete the survey!
It takes just 5-10 minutes to complete the survey. The more businesses that participate, the stronger the results. The survey is open until 9 April, but please don’t delay:
