Thanks to you for completing the fourth Hills Business Performance and Sentiment Survey PSI .
The results of the 2018 Hills Shire Business PSI have been completed. The PSI is an ongoing initiative and partnership between the Sydney Hills Business Chamber, The Hills Shire Council and McCrindle Research.
This is the fourth consecutive PSI conducted within the Hills region and provides an ongoing measurement of current business performance, business conditions, as well as future business sentiment.
The 2018 PSI survey was completed by a broad range of business types, sizes and industry sectors representative of those located within the Hills region. The overall 2018 Hills Shire Business PSI score was -3, which was lower than the past previous years. This was primarily due to current regulatory settings, infrastructure and business expenses. Sentiment in relation to both economic outlook and growth forecasts continues to remains strong, scoring 21, with businesses in the Hills Region.
The 2018 PSI has once again highlighted that the Hills region is a great location for businesses and for business opportunities, especially with the current investment in infrastructure (road, rail, building and air) within the local and surrounding areas.
